Sullivans Acquires Woodstock Chimes

We are very pleased to announce that Sullivans has acquired Woodstock Chimes, a market leader in wind chimes and outdoor décor. We have been seeking the right partner to expand our product line and offer you more options for outdoor and garden décor, and Woodstock Chimes is the ideal fit. By merging, we will pull from a larger team of resources who are dedicated to serving the needs of our customers.

Effective immediately, we have joined forces with Woodstock Chimes and have begun to work on integrating the best of both businesses. There are many details still to be determined, but we can provide the following guides to help through the transition. You can also find answers to common customer questions below.

For now, it’s business as usual.
Your day-to-day Sullivans interactions will remain unchanged, including your Sullivans sales rep and our customer service team at 1-800-456-4568.
If you are already a Woodstock Chimes customer, please continue to reach out to your Woodstock sales rep and customer service team on anything related to their products.
Woodstock Chimes will continue to be distributed from their headquarters in New York’s picturesque Hudson Valley.

Will I be able to order Sullivans products from my Woodstock Chimes Sales Representative and vice versa?

For now, please continue to work with your Woodstock Chimes Sales Rep (OneCoast) for Woodstock Chimes orders and your Sullivans Rep for all Sullivans orders. Sales leadership from both companies will begin developing plans to leverage cross-selling opportunities across the companies.

I’m registered with one of the websites, does that automatically grant me access to the other?

Will Garry Kvistad still be at Woodstock Chimes?

Garry and his wife, Diane, have sold their company and are no longer involved in the operations of Woodstock Chimes. However, Garry’s name and likeness will continue to be associated with the company and brand he founded and nurtured for over 42 years.

Will prices change?

There are no pricing changes planned as a result of this transaction; however, both companies will continue to assess the ongoing supply chain disruption and provide notice should anything need to be adjusted.

Will my freight rate change?

There is no immediate plan to adjust freight rates from either company at this time. We will continue to evaluate both Woodstock Chimes and Sullivans programs to ensure customers have the best experience and customer service.

Will my terms change?

There are no immediate plans to adjust the Sullivans or Woodstock Chimes terms at this time. We will continue to evaluate both Woodstock Chimes and Sullivans programs to ensure customers have the best experience and customer service.

I currently have terms either with Sullivans or Woodstock Chimes. I now want to buy from the other company. Do I need to fill out another new account application?

Yes, you will need apply for an account (and terms) with each company

Who do I pay my invoices to?

Continue to communicate with Sullivans on your Sullivans, and Woodstock Chimes on your Woodstock Chimes invoices.

Will current promotional programs from both companies still apply?

This acqusition is all about growth for both companies! Right now, there are no immediate plans to adjust customer programs. We will continue to evaluate both Woodstock Chimes and Sullivans programs to ensure customers have the best experience and customer service.

Will there be any staffing changes that might affect me?

There are no staffing changes expected at this time. Customers can continue to order through their traditional methods (via website, customer service, sales rep, showrooms, etc.)
